School Construction Process

The new semester officially kicks off

In March, Harrow Guangzhou has progressed from interior fit-outs to completing the campus’s iconic British red-brick gates. Following February’s demo calssroom launch, we are now installing corridor lockers in the teaching blocks—ensuring every detail is ready for our students‘ future.​

Following the successful completion of the Early Years and Primary show suites in February, this month marks further progress in our academic facilities, with student lockers now fully installed along the corridors in preparation for daily school life. Most notably, during the School Tour on 7th March, our indoor swimming pool made its grand debut, welcoming its inaugural visiting families with state-of-the-art facilities and pristine waters. Step by step, Harrow Guangzhou is bringing our commitment to an exceptional educational environment to life.​

The Early Years and Junior School demo classrooms are now complete. Upon entering, the soft interior palettes and airy architectural lighting harmonise perfectly to create a warm and inspiring learning environment. Within the classrooms, high-specification interactive Smart Boards have been fully commissioned and are ready for use, marking a solid foundation for our smart digital teaching platform.​

Outdoors, the brightly coloured and pristine running tracks have been laid, sketching out a vibrant silhouette for sports. Indoors, the cleaning of the various teaching rooms is largely complete, leaving the spaces bright and orderly. As the diverse ‘vibrant spaces’ take their final shape, the fusion of architectural functionality and aesthetics becomes clear. Harrow’s new campus stands ready, awaiting its inaugural meeting with our Founding Partners.

As landscaping and architectural details integrate more deeply, the overall environment of the campus continues to mature. The final polishing of the interior decoration has been completed, and the paving of outdoor paths and activity areas is drawing to a close. Under the winter sun, the newly planted vegetation and the well-proportioned teaching blocks together form a harmonious vista, marking the entry of the campus construction into its final phase of quality enhancement.

The overall form of the buildings has been fully revealed, with the rhythmic silhouettes of the complex echoing the classic red-brick aesthetic of the Harrow style. Interior hard fit-outs in selected classrooms are nearing completion, and the spatial layouts are now firmly established. Construction progress is transitioning smoothly from the exterior to the interior, as the true contours of the campus become ever more distinct.

October marks a pivotal stage in the elevation’s presentation. With the primary architectural structures further refined, the campus layout is becoming increasingly distinct. The unique red tones and structural contours already convey a profound Harrow atmosphere.
